Firelight Psychiatry is an outpatient psychiatric clinic offering services to those physically in the state of Colorado through telemedicine and limited in-office sessions.
Firelight Psychiatry offers diagnosis, treatment, medication management, and specific targeted counseling services as part of each treatment visit to a limited number of patients.
Firelight Psychiatry does not provide medical marijuana cards, Opioid Addiction Treatment, stimulant prescriptions to new adult ADHD patients with OUT a neuropsychiatric evaluation by a qualified provider completed and available for review, stand alone therapy services at this time but Firelight Psychiatry does work with many excellent therapist and most times can provide a referral or suggestions for therapy services.
Firelight Psychiatry offers telemed appointments through Doxy.me. Sessions begin on Tuesday at 1pm with the last appointment at 630pm, Thursday and Fridays session start at 730am with the last session starting at 330pm. Office Hours are on Wednesday to answer emails, submit authorizations, peer-peer and case-management meetings and other necessary evil office tasks. The office is NOT open on any other day.

No, not without a Neuropsychological Evaluation showing that you have ADHD as a confirmed diagnosis. If you think you may have ADHD I'm happy to help you distinguish this illness from other mental illness's that present much like ADHD and provide a list of psychologists that provide psychological evaluations. If you have a confirmed diagnosis from another qualified provider or a neuropsychological evaluation completed I'm happy to provide appropriate treatment for diagnosed ADHD.
Very rarely. If you are already on a benzodiazepine, expect that we'll be trying to find alternatives as they tend to interfere with memory and cognition. There is growing evidence showing the relationship between early cognitive decline and long term benzo use.
